Advanced Bakery Training Course

The advanced Bakery Training Course covers is a 3 month long course by Head Chef Amar Deula. The course is designed to train and produce bakers who can independently execute multiple tasks and gain entrepreneurial skills as well in order to establish a bakery. The advanced course ensures your entry into the bakery industry.

Diploma of Bakery and Pastry

The Diploma of Bakery and Pastry Course covers prepares our gruaduates for the entry into the bakery industry as the course included 3 months of internships alongside 3 months of training at our Chabel or BabBazar Branches. The course covers more than 100 dishes and different varieties of cakes.

Amar Deula
He is the heart and soul of the Bakery Training, as he is the one who designed the courses putting in his 30+ years of domestic and international experiences including MSC Cruises, Radission, Himalayan, Vivanta and at Yellow Chilly with Master Chef Sanjeev Kapoor.

Manoj Singh Bhandari
Chef Bhandari has more than 10 years of experience in India and Nepal. He heads the bakery training part as his expertise is in the field of bakery, ice-cream and cold pastries. Chef Bhandari oversees bread, loaf, fruit tart, croissant and many other baked items of the course.
