Advanced Bakery Training Course
The advanced Bakery Training Course covers is a 3 month long course by Head Chef Amar Deula. The course is designed to train and produce bakers who can independently execute multiple tasks and gain entrepreneurial skills as well in order to establish a bakery. The advanced course ensures your entry into the bakery industry.

Fondant Cake Training Course
The Fondant Cake Training Course covers all the bases of cake. We traing you from making the base to fondant,cheese cakes, wedding cakes, tiramisu, cakes of all flavours and sizes. After the Cake Training, students can even open up their cake shop. Stuitable for students of Lalitpur and Bhaktapur also due to our location.

He is the heart and soul of the Bakery Training, as he is the one who designed the course putting in his 30+ years of domestic and international experiences. Head Chef Deula oversees the course, does the orientation, plating and is fully engaged with students during their lessons.
Chef Bhandari has more than 10 years of experience in India and Nepal. He heads the bakery training part as his expertise is in the field of bakery, ice-cream and cold pastries. Chef Bhandari oversees bread, loaf, fruit tart, croissant and many other baked items of the course.
Chef Ishwor Limbu heads the cake department as he has more than 10 years of experience in the cake industry. He conducts classes of fondant cakes, wedding cakes, chocolate cakes, white forest , red velvet, anniversary cakes, birthday cakes and all multi-deck cakes.
